Yep - I fell off the wagon today. Sorry fellow Ramsey believers - I couldn't resist enameled covered cast iron - it's my weakness in life. How do I justify this you ask? Le Creuset costs $320 for a 6qt. casserole, Emile Henry $180, but at Walmart I spent $50. Not to mention that I REALLY, REALLY needed one. Well that depends on what the word *need* means to you.
